Children First Fund (CFF) expands its Board with leaders from KPMG and Power Construction, bringing new expertise and passion to support Chicago Public Schools (CPS) students and strengthen community partnerships.
We are excited to welcome Stewart Jolly, Partner at KPMG US, and Sean Glowacz, Director of Community Development at Power Construction, as the newest members of the Children First Fund Board of Directors.
Stewart Jolly brings more than two decades of experience in tax technology and integration, leading complex projects across industries including manufacturing, technology, retail, and energy. His strategic insight and leadership will help us continue to deepen partnerships with the business community and explore new ways to support CPS students.
Sean Glowacz has served as Power Construction’s Director of Community Development since 2018, where he has built strong relationships with civic leaders, nonprofits, and community organizations to expand economic opportunity across Chicagoland. Under his leadership, Power Construction partners directly with CPS through the Chicago Builds program, creating pathways for high school students to explore careers in the skilled trades. As a proud former CPS student himself, Sean brings both professional expertise and personal commitment to this work, which aligns directly with our mission to open doors of opportunity for CPS students.
“As we look ahead, it’s essential that our board brings both a passion for supporting students and commitment to meaningful partnership with CPS,” expressed CFF’s Executive Director, Rebecca Clarkin, “Stewart and Sean are both wholly committed to educational success for Chicago’s students, and with their support, we can deepen our impact in support of CPS students and families.”
“I am excited for the growth of the CFF Board with leaders who share our long commitment to Chicago’s students, and I look forward to the impact Stewart and Sean will help us achieve,” shared Alan King, CFF Board Chair.
Please join us in welcoming Stewart and Sean to the CFF and CPS team!
